core complex Course
This virtual course is designed for women with any of the following issues:
lower back and pelvis pain
pelvic floor dysfunction
core weakness
or all of the above.
During this program in which you will learn the following:
-How the breath influences our movement
-The connection of the breath, pelvic floor, spine and pelvis, and the core
-How to assess yourself for diastasis recti and chest breathing dominance AND how to fix these issues
- How to change the way you think about movement, overcome limiting beliefs about fitness and movement, and END stigmas about our post-baby bodies
-Exercises to make you stronger, more confident with movement, less vulnerable to injury, and ready to tackle your life without fear of injury (or re- injury).
-These exercises are done in a systemic, calculated manner so that injuries (or weakness and disconnections) can be found immediately and corrected, instead of creating compensation.
